What does the security checkup involve? Do you hack my systems?
No hacking. The checkup is a friendly, non-invasive review we do together, with your permission: I look at how your accounts, email, website, backups and Wi-Fi are set up, then give you a written report with a simple fix list. Nothing is changed without your OK.
Do I own my logo and brand files?
Yes. Once your project is paid in full, the final logo and brand files are yours to use anywhere: signs, shirts, social media, vehicles, you name it.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and when the project is paid in full you own the content and design. If you ever leave, I'll help move everything over.
How long does it take?
Most Starter sites are live in 1–2 weeks and Business sites in 2–4 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly I get your photos, logo and text.
Do I have to buy a care plan?
No. Care plans are optional. Without one, changes after launch are billed at $40/hour.
What do you need from me?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your work, your hours, services and prices, and any text you'd like on the site. If you need help with the words, I can write them.
I already have a Facebook page. Why do I need a website?
Facebook is great for posts, but a website shows up in Google searches, looks more established, and lets you take orders your way. Your Facebook page can link to it.
Do you work outside Alexandria?
Yes. I work with businesses all over Central Louisiana, including Pineville, Natchitoches and nearby towns, and I can work remotely with anyone.
